Thank you for getting this far, and thanks for (probably) buying some THING THING things.

We are highly excited about dressing you, and to keep you excited we wish to provide you with the best possible service.

We supply a diverse mix of street style retail stores, a list of which you can find HERE, and we would like to inspire some heavy localism within you, and push you in the direction of shopping with your local Retailer FIRST.

Supporting you local community is the way forward. – understand that by supporting your local community, you are helping to provide jobs, and the social infrastructure required to keeping your community hyped up and bubbling.

Shopping local, in every instance, is the right thing to do.

If you do not have a local THING THING retailer, then we can help you out.

Hopefully we can achieve this with the below, in regard to any online purchasing you may do with us:

1. SHIPPING RATES

NEW ZEALAND:

We are a New Zealand based business so we ship free to you New Zealand Wide on any sized order. This will take 3 to 4 days.

The name that will appear on your Credit card Statement is THE THING GROUP.

2. RETURNS

We accept returns for any reason, with the below criteria in mind:

  1. The product is not a Sale Item, all Items bought on Sale – the purchase is full and Final.
  2. You have been in touch with us via email at: heyo@thingthing.co.nz and explained your reason for want of return.
  3. You have returned your THING THING inside of 21 days from date of order being dispatched.
  4. The garment has not been worn for longer than 5 minutes.
  5. You have retained the garment bag, swing ticketing is still attached to garment, and the garment is in "FIRST" condition.

When you are in touch with us at: heyo@thingthing.co.nz with a reason as to why you want to return, we will supply you with a tracking number.

Returns are at your expense, unless you are returning the product because it is faulty.

For faulty goods please provide digital photos outlining the problem and if approved we will happily cover the return courier charge.

We will then supply you with a store voucher so that you can chooze a new THING THING to your liking, or if you would prefer, we can credit your account.
